Speaker Mukabalisa receives a delegation from Namibia

The speaker of deputies Hon Donatille Mukabalisa, this Monday, received a delegation from Namibia. 

The two parties held talks based on Rwanda’s self-reliance and how the country managed to deal with the effects of the genocide against Tutsi in 1994. 

Hon Sebastian Karupu, the Member of Parliament who is also the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs of the Parliament of Namibia said that as two countries that passed through the same history, they have come to learn in Rwanda about how they managed to deal with the genocide effects.
