Ethiopia's Embassy has pledged to support Rwandans in ensuring that
Genocide never again takes place in the country.
This comes as Ethiopian Nationals living in the country visited the Kigali Memorial at Gisozi.
The Ethiopians were led by their Ambassador here in Rwanda and she
noted that the Tutsi Genocide of 1994 was a profound failure of the
International Community for not preventing it and then failing to stop it once
it had begun.
Their visit to the Memorial at Gisozi was also done as a sign of solidarity as the country marks 25 years since the tragedy.
The importance of holding
Commemoration events was also noted.
100 Ethiopian National currently live and work in Rwanda, many of them businessmen and women.
